Food service and busy playtimes often overlapped. Parents want to return immediately to their playing children after ordering and be clearly informed about the order status. The concept sought a solution supporting multiple languages and that easily scales with international expansion.
Skippify installed Smart Ordering kiosks fully supporting multiple languages and currencies. Orders are automatically displayed on order status screens so parents immediately see when their food is ready while children keep playing. All locations are managed via Skippify Suite, and transactional data flows in real time to Monkey Town’s Power BI system.
