Our client
Poké Perfect is a Dutch fast-casual concept with fresh poke bowls, recognizable branding, and quality ingredients. With fourteen locations and growing brand awareness, the company wanted to accelerate service without compromising on quality or experience.
Our challenge
During lunch and dinner peaks, queues and high workload occurred. Poké Perfect wanted to give guests more freedom to choose and personalize. The kiosks had to be fully manageable via Skippify Suite without extra systems.
The solution
Skippify created an end-to-end Smart Ordering environment. Menus, products, prices, and visuals are fully managed centrally in Skippify Suite. Through a real-time connection, all order data automatically flows to Power BI for Poké Perfect’s own analysis and dashboards.
The kiosk perfectly fits our way of working: fast, personal, and healthy. Guests enjoy creating their own bowl, and we have more time for fresh preparation.

The technology
The kiosks run entirely on the Skippify Suite platform. All content, menus, prices, and images are centrally managed and automatically deployed per location.
The Suite sends performance and transaction data in real time to Power BI for internal reporting.
Hardware: A-brand kiosk units (Pyramid / AOPEN) with touchscreen, printer, and payment module.
The next step
The Poké Perfect kiosks now serve as a blueprint for future fast-casual locations within the Skippify ecosystem. New sites can be directly connected to the existing Skippify Suite environment with their own menus, languages, and reports.
